Training in mechatronics and robotics Together towards sustainable manufacturing!

The main objective of the FRANCISCO ARISTEGUIETA URGOITI FUNDAZIOA Foundation is to transmit knowledge in industrial automation, mechatronics and robotics to people from 10 years of age.

The person responsible for starting the foundation is still alive through the legacy transmitted not only to his family, but also to teachers and professionals who continue to use his electronics and mechatronics teaching units; currently being updated by the LARRAIOZ ® team, led by Bittor LARRAIOZ ARISTEGUIETA [manager of the LARRAIOZ company since 1988; is going to be the president of the foundation], together with María Elena LARRAIOZ ARISTEGUIETA [his sister, partner of LARRAIOZ ® and next vice president of FAU FUNDAZIOA], and Xabier ITURRALDE USABIAGA [Technical Director of LARRAIOZ ®; who will be the treasurer of the foundation].

The new generations of the family will also participate, including Katixa LARRAIOZ and Uhaitz LARRAIOZ, who have been linked to the world of mechatronics and robotics all their lives from the Francisco Aristeguieta Technological Center. + Info about family and professional history.

In addition to the team of professionals from the LARRAIOZ ® GROUP~TALDEA group of companies, experts in automation, mechatronics and robotics have created educational workshops, with the aim of attracting people to an area in which there will predictably be quality work, both short and long term and where people with values will have the possibility of manufacturing in a more sustainable way.

FRANCISCO ARISTEGUIETA URGOITI was a person committed to the environment and his family knows that for him the meaning of why it is manufactured and its consequences on the environment were very important.

The general interest purposes of the FAU FUNDAZIOA foundation will be:

  • Create educational content related to automation, mechatronics and robotics for people ages 10 and up.
  • Form a consolidated group of teachers who can teach subjects related to automation, mechatronics and robotics.
  • Disseminate knowledge about related subjects.
  • Motivate people in the environment to expand their knowledge in the aforementioned areas.
  • Have an online space where people can connect with official training centers and companies that demand related profiles.
  • Reward people and entities, whether for profit or not, for promoting knowledge in automation, mechatronics and robotics.

MISSION

Our fundamental mission is Education in automotive, mechatronics and robotics, convinced that only through education do we promote the development of the people we target and generate new opportunities. In addition, we guarantee access to education by focusing our projects on other necessary areas, related to training in new technologies to integrate into the present and future world, from a perspective of greater sustainability.

VISION

We want to be an organization recognized for the impact of our actions in motivating people in the environment to expand their knowledge in the areas of automation, mechatronics and robotics; in the well-being and development of the communities with which we work, as well as for our integrity and professionalism in the way we act.

ACADEMY #EDUCACTIVE [STEAM ACTIONS PROGRAM > Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics and SUSTAINABILITY > From the areas of Automation, mechatronics and robotics ] > Agreement with LARRAIOZ ACADEMY / Argentine University / Huergo Institute / European and Latin American Training Centers.
1.1. ACADEMY #EducACTIVE is specified in the following objectives: . LARRAIOZ  through its LARRAIOZ® ACADEMY program will annually support FAU FUNDAZIOA with 36 hours of educational activities that can be carried out in the following way:   BACK TO SCHOOL CAMPAIGN (SEPTEMBER-OCTOBER):   Workshops aimed at future studies. Dedicated to automation, mechatronics and robotics. Presentations with personalized FAU FUNDAZIOA content and practical success cases. Presentations accompanied by a robotic box where the operation and applications of the technology presented are shown. Courses accompanied by a robotic box where programming is shown in a simple way. Courses at FACT (FRANCISCO ARISTEGUIETA TECHNOLOGY CENTER) on automation, mechatronics and robotics. Creation of teaching material for FAU FUNDAZIOA channels. 1.1.2. ROBOTICS EXPERTS CAMPAIGN (NOVEMBER-MAY):   Workshops aimed at future studies. Dedicated to automation, mechatronics and robotics. Presentations with personalized FAU FUNDAZIOA content and practical success cases. Presentations accompanied by a robotic box where the operation and applications of the technology presented are shown. Courses accompanied by a robotic box where programming is shown in a simple way. Courses at FACT (FRANCISCO ARISTEGUIETA TECHNOLOGY CENTER) on automation, mechatronics and robotics. Creation of teaching material for FAU FUNDAZIOA channels. Dedicated to automation, mechatronics and robotics. Presentations with personalized FAU FUNDAZIOA content and practical success cases. Creation of teaching material for FAU FUNDAZIOA channels. Technical assistance to association events such as INGENIARIAK.
  • INROBOTIK WORKSHOPS > Automation, robotics and mechatronics workshops for people > 10 years old.

Support program from companies and organizations to FAU FUNDAZIOA, so that it can obtain income and carry out the EDUCACTIVE and INROBOTIK programs for people over 10 years of age, promoting knowledge so that they can have a future linked to a better, more sustainable industry and in line with the prosperity of all people, without leaving anyone behind, as indicated in the motto of the 2030 Agenda.
